This legendary steak started it all. Grain fed Midwest sirloin chopped and smothered in melted provolone and mozzarella and topped with caramelized sautéed onions and mushrooms. Served on a classic Amoroso roll!

Start with our succulent chopped sirloin steak smothered with melted provolone and mozzarella on a classic Amoroso roll. You create the rest: banana peppers, green peppers, three pepper relish, sautéed onion, raw onions, red onions, jalapeños, marinara, spicy giardiniera, mushrooms, and fries (as topping for an additional charge).
